Welcome to ALB Appliance Repair. By scheduling a service appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Description

ALB Appliance Repair provides in-home appliance repair services for residential customers in Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley. Our services include but are not limited to diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of major household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and more.

We reserve the right to decline service on appliances that are unsafe, beyond economical repair, or outside our service area. A diagnostic fee may apply even if repairs are not completed.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A diagnostic/service call fee is charged for each visit and covers the technician's time to inspect and diagnose the appliance.

All quoted repair prices are provided prior to work being performed.
Parts and labor costs are separate and will be itemized on your invoice.
Additional diagnostic fees may apply if multiple appliances are serviced in a single visit.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

We do not store credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely at time of service.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To help us serve all customers efficiently, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply at our discretion.
No-show / no access: If our technician arrives and cannot access the property or appliance, a trip charge equal to the diagnostic fee will apply.

4. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ALB Appliance Repair including appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

We may send text messages for the following purposes:

Appointment booking confirmations and reminders
Technician en-route notifications
Follow-up service satisfaction inquiries
Review requests after completed service

You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by appointment activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALB Appliance Repair will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, cosmetic issues, or appliance failure unrelated to our repair work.
Our liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
We are not responsible for consequential damages including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or loss of use of an appliance while awaiting parts or scheduling.
Parts warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms. Labor warranty is provided for 30 days on completed repairs unless otherwise stated.
